H. Allen Dierking

A third-generation agribusiness leader, Allen Dierking has spent his career helping livestock producers across the Midwest succeed. After retiring from Land O’Lakes/Purina in 2014, he launched an informal consulting business—because his clients weren’t ready to lose his expertise, connections, or straight-shooting advice. By 2016, demand led him to formally establish Dierking, LLC., providing strategic guidance to farmers, feedlots, and agribusinesses across the region.

With deep roots in Missouri agriculture, Allen is a trusted voice in projects of all sizes. His experience spans every stage of the pork supply chain, from facility design to processing—and now, he’s expanding that expertise to poultry producers. Through nutrition consulting, additive evaluations, contract reviews, and negotiation advising, Allen helps poultry farmers optimize their operations for efficiency and profitability.

Jeff Dierking

The fourth generation of Dierkings in agriculture, Jeff transitioned from a 16-year career as a Kansas City educator to partnering with Allen in Dierking, LLC. His background in research, communication, and problem-solving makes him an invaluable asset for clients. Jeff specializes in technical writing, business planning, and strategic analysis, helping farmers and agribusinesses secure funding, streamline operations, and navigate complex projects.
